Questions about pricing

Is it really free to start?
Yes. Every new workspace gets two months of the full Pro experience, no credit card. After that you pick a plan — or drop to the Free plan and keep your careers page, up to 5 employees and 15 AI actions a day, for as long as you like.
How does the per-employee pricing work?
You pay for the employees you actually manage, not per login — invite your whole HR team for free. Starter covers 25 employees, Pro 75, Business 200. Growing past your plan? Move up a tier, or talk to us about Enterprise.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free (about 17% off). One transfer a year, and we send a VAT invoice for every payment. You can switch between monthly and annual any time.
How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?
Pay by Instapay or bank transfer — you upload the receipt in your billing settings and we activate your plan. Every payment comes with a proper VAT invoice you can give your finance team.
Can I export my data and leave?
Always. Your candidates, employees and payslips are yours — export them any time. If a plan lapses your workspace becomes read-only, never locked: you can always get your data out.
I run HR for several companies — which plan?
Agencies and HR freelancers run client companies on Business (5 included) or Enterprise (unlimited), with placement invoicing built in. Tell us how many clients you run and we’ll size it with you.
