The Five HR started with a simple frustration: hiring and paying people in Egypt meant juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and tax tables that never matched. So we built one place where it all just works.
From a spreadsheet nightmare to one shared record
The Five began inside an HR consultancy in Cairo, where the team was running recruitment and payroll for a handful of growing companies. Every client meant another set of spreadsheets, another folder of CVs, and another late night recalculating tax and insurance by hand.
We looked for software built for the way Egyptian teams actually work — local payroll rules, Arabic and English, agencies running many clients — and couldn't find it. The global tools ignored Egypt; the local ones ignored design. So in 2024 we started building The Five.
Today The Five HR brings recruitment, payroll, people management, AI and analytics into a single platform — one shared record from a candidate's first CV to an employee's final payslip.
